Colorado Ballet’s Education and Community Engagement programming serves under-resourced students, teachers, families, people with disabilities, and lifelong learners, making more than 35,000 contacts in 300 schools and organizations annually.
Position Overview
Colorado Ballet’s Patron Services Representative is responsible for providing superb front-line customer service for all Colorado Ballet departments. Responsibilities include selling tickets, processing donations, and registering students for classes. This position requires someone who is energetic, personable, patient, adaptable, and works well both independently and in a team. This individual reports to the Director of Patron Services and DBA with dotted line reporting to the Academy, Education, and Advancement administration. This position is a full-time, benefited position with Colorado Ballet, Monday-Friday 9am -5pm with additional non-traditional evening and weekend hours during performances.

Position Summary
The Marketing & Graphic Design Associate is responsible for designing Colorado
Ballet’s digital and print promotional materials and advertisements, and
assists with marketing activities including creating e-mail marketing
campaigns, managing and updating the website, and helping to support general
marketing department efforts. The Marketing and Graphic Design Associate
reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and works
collaboratively with Colorado Ballet’s advertising and media buying
agencies. He/she/they will also work collaboratively with the ticketing
department staff to promote performances, as well as supporting design
needs of Colorado Ballet’s other departments including Advancement, Colorado
Ballet Academy, and Education & Community Engagement.

Position Summary
Colorado Ballet is seeking a motivated individual for a position as an Outreach Dance Instructor for our after school and Workshop programs. This is an
ideal part-time position for an instructor currently teaching for multiple organizations and looking to add a few hours a week. Hours are extremely
part-time, averaging 2-5 hours per week during the school year and 5-10 hours per month in the summer months. The majority of teaching time for outreach
instructors occurs between 2:30pm and 6:30pm on weekdays. This position has hourly rates for both assisting and teaching, commensurate with experience.
This position reports to the Education Programs Manager and Education Department Manager in the Education & Community Engagement department.
